To support the American Public Works Association’s vision of advancing quality of life for all, the public works industry must continually develop strategies to prepare and adapt to the ever-changing workforce. The Strategy is used as a guide to advance the Workforce Development Committee’s strategic goals and activities associated with education, recruitment and retention.
