Ellery Parish is the Board Operations and Governance Manager. In this role, she provides management and administration of Board and committee operations and nominations and manages the association’s governance documents. She joined the staff in 2025.
Ellery came to APWA after five years in sports, working in various roles at USA Swimming, the national governing body for the sport of swimming in the United States. Prior to her employment at USA Swimming, she served as a volunteer Board and committee member for USA Swimming.
Ellery is a proud graduate of Rice University and currently serves as the Secretary of the “R” Association Board of Directors, which oversees Rice’s athlete alumni.
