This will be a panel discussion with automotive and equipment manufacturers to discuss their line of electric vehicles and deployments as it pertains to municipal fleet. This session will explore the aspects of charging needs, maintenance and diagnostic needs, and training for repair technicians. Applications for vehicles and equipment for municipal functions, and discussions on issues with batteries and anticipated lifecycles, will also be covered. After this session, participants will be able to:
• Assess the lineup of electric vehicles and/or equipment
• Identify requirements for charging systems.
• Identify issues that might need extra attention during preventative maintenance.
