The pandemic was difficult for everyone, fleet operations included. This program consists of an in-depth conversation discussing the challenges fleet operations faced from the effects of the pandemic. We’ll share ideas on how to deal with the pandemic effects, past, current, and future; what manufacturers and suppliers are saying regarding supply chain issues; and what the future holds for fleet operations.
After attending this session, participants will be better able to:
- Identify the challenges fleets faced during the pandemic and the effects still being felt as we return to “normal.”
- Discuss supply chain deficiencies and the outlook for the future.
- Explain areas where fleets can be resilient to meet those issues and overcome challenges.
