In this episode, we visited MWRD Chicago’s massive Tunnel and Reservoir Plan (TARP), which is designed to manage stormwater and control flooding. The multi-billion dollar infrastructure project is a secondary sewer system that includes miles of deep tunnels and large reservoirs.

Primers are used to educate policymakers about public works roles and responsibilities in public rights of way, the impact of federal workforce development policies on the industry and workforce, and the importance of resilient infrastructure.
