This is the annual UPROW Jam Session. The Utilities and Public Rights-of-Way (UPROW) Committee will host another Jam Session to discuss the latest industry practices, benefits, and challenges for managing public rights-of-way and utilities in 2024. This session will include an overview of UPROW’s current projects and initiatives and serve as an open forum for the audience to identify and troubleshoot UPROW-related issues. Members will be asked to share challenges they face when managing utilities and the right-of-way.
At the conclusion of this session participants will be better able to:
• Discuss the latest industry practices, benefits, and challenges related to utility and public rights-of-way (UPROW) management.
• Identify tools and resources available through the UPROW Committee.
• Use innovative approaches in formulating public policy and local and state ordinances for managing public rights-of-way and utilities.
