2026 Mississippi APWA Fall Conference

Please join the Mississippi Chapter of the American Public Works Association as we network, train, learn and (of course) have some fun. 

The City of Gulfport Public Works Department is honored to be hosting this year's conference in beautiful Biloxi, Mississippi at the Golden Nugget Biloxi Hotel & Casino. 

Vendors, APWA members and non-members are welcome to attend. 

Registration is $275/each for members, $325/each for non-members. 

Vendor sponsorships are available ranging from $150.00 to $2,500.00.

October 14 will be the "fun day" for networking and catching up with old friends —- you may select (1) activity: Golf Tournament, or Ship Island Excursion. 

Registration for Golf will begin at 10 A.M. at Windance Country Club in Gulfport, MS, with Tee off at 12 P.M. (box lunches will be provided)

Ship Island Excursions will be depart at 9 A.M. sharp — attendees should be on the dock by 8:30 A.M. to avoid getting left behind (box lunches will be provided)

At 6 P.M., join us at The Skybar at the Reef (1749 Beach Blvd, Biloxi, MS) for our meet-and-greet social. We will have hors d'oeuvres, games, drinks and live music!

October 15 is class day — we will hear from several vendors about new products/projects. A lunch and learn will be provided at the beautiful Point Cadet Pavilion (just across Highway 90 from Golden Nugget). Vendors will be set up at the Exhibit hall all day (8 A.M. – 5 P.M.) so registrants will have plenty of time to make new contacts and learn about their offerings. 

At 6 P.M., return to Point Cadet Pavilion for our annual Shrimp Boil and Cookout (don't worry, there will be other offerings if shellfish aren't your thing!).

October 16 we will wrap up the conference by submitting ballots for officer selection (send out in advance), perusing the exhibit area, and partaking in an interactive equipment demonstration in the parking lot. 

The annual Chapter business meeting and Officer Election Results will take place and we will discuss upcoming events such as the Christmas Gala and the 2027 APWA Family Day.
