49th Annual Support Staff Appreciation Luncheon

Show your appreciation to your support staff with a luncheon hosted by the APWA Sacramento Chapter. 

Following our tradition of remembering those in need, everyone is encouraged to bring an unwrapped toy for the Sacramento Sherrif's Toy Project on the day of the event.

For the purposes of this event, support staff includes administrative, accounting, CADD/GIS, graphics, and proposal support staff. It does not include engineering, management, CM, inspection, or BD personnel.

When: Friday, December 4, 2025 Doors Open/No-Host Bar: 11AM Lunch at 12PM

Where: Doubletree Sacramento Ballroom 2001 Point West Way, Sacramento, CA

Cost:

$65/person ($650/Table of 10) if paid before November 4, 2025

$70/person ($700/Table of 10) if paid after November 4, 2025

To allow for more connection and provide better value for attendees, we are asking for SPONSORS to help support a premium raffle experience. All you have to bring is your support staff, your appreciation, and if you wish, a gift for the toy drive – we'll buy the raffles!
