Listen to a conversation between Public Works professionals as they discuss their organization’s efforts to confront and expand Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion principles within their communities and organizations. Panelists will discuss their personal experiences, programs, and lessons learned in managing, recruiting, and serving a diverse workforce and population. Feedback from participants will be encouraged as this is an area where all attending can learn from each other as we all embark on a journey to become a more welcoming and accepting industry and provide more welcoming and accepting spaces in our communities.
