  3. Build improved relationships within the department and inter-department.
  4. Develop a comprehensive succession tool.
  5. Prepare the agency to become accredited.

The workshop provides an overview of the Public Works Management Practices Manual, the self-assessment software, and resources that can help you accomplish your accreditation goals.

This course is approximately three (3) hours long and is eligible for .3 CEU credits upon completion.
