I Am Pinellas

Rick Clarke is a program supervisor in the Pinellas County Solid Waste department, managing the Industrial Water Treatment Facility. Rick also took on the lead role in Solid Waste’s application and approval for accreditation from the American Public Works Association. Accredited agencies are recognized as meeting the highest standards in public works operations.
