Donna Jessup is the Operations Manager for the City of Lancaster, Pennsylvania. She oversees the Streets, Motor Vehicles, Parks, and Traffic bureaus in this role. Donna has worked for the city for more than 38 years and has been a member of APWA since 1999. She served as the APWA Chapter President for the Central Pennsylvania Chapter from 2015-2017. Donna credits her involvement with APWA as a main source of career development.
