UNLEASH Interactive Problem-Solving Session
A collaborative, human-centered process designed to help participants explore and address real-world public works challenges. Through guided activities in problem framing, idea generation, and solution development, attendees will work in small groups to examine issues relevant to public works, such as infrastructure, service delivery, mobility, resilience, and community impact. The session will encourage cross-functional thinking, practical innovation, and actionable strategies that can support stronger public works outcomes.
